The Personalized Tori Tour Stats Page is a place where you can mark all the Tori concerts you have seen, and then see a nice list showing your all the songs you saw and their stats. It is incredibly useful and now the creator, Brian Tanaka, tells me it has been expanded to include all previous tours. Keep in mind that the early tours are missing set lists for some shows, and they will not be included of course. Check out this wonderful web page!
The tickets going on sale Sun, May 18, 2003 for the Atlanta, GA show are for one of Chastain's Season Packages Only

David Mobley tells me that the tickets going on sale Sun, May 18, 2003 at 10:00am for the Atlanta, GA Tori show at the Chastain Park Amphitheatre are only for the Series and Mini-Series packages, and not for the Tori show alone. It appears that these tickets will only be available over the phone at (404) 233-2227 and not online. Tickets for the individual Tori concert go on sale Sat, June 21, 2003 at 10:00am through Ticketmaster. The Chastain does not have full details on the website for the 2nd "series" of shows, but from the series 1 order form, it looks like you'd need to buy at least one other show to comprise a "mini-series". Also, you can't figure out what your Series tickets are before you buy them. I have added this info to the Dent's Lottapianos Summer 2003 Tour Schedule Page.

 As you know, RAINN plans to once again promote Happy Birthday Tori fundraisers all over the U.S. and elsewhere. These fundraisers will take place around the time of Tori's birthday, which is on August 22nd. The A Sorta Fundraiser web site is now offering for sale some beautiful Happy Birthday 2003 t-shirts. All proceeds will benefit RAINN. (If you are interested in hosting a birthday bash and would like a hosting kit from RAINN, please email Kelley Bevis at kelleyb@rainn.org.

The U.S. cable channel Trio broadcast the Tori episode of their program "Trio On Tour" for the first time on Monday, May 5, 2003 at 9:00am ET and 3:00pm ET. The episode had the title "Scarlet Sessions" and was an hour long. The program featured live footage from the DVD taping that Tori did on November 14, 2002. The "Scarlet Sessions" episode of "Trio On Tour" will be broadcast again many times in the future.

It looks like ToriAmos.com has announced all or many of the tour dates for the Lottapianos Summer 2003 Tour! Click out the Dent's Lottapianos Summer Tour 2003 Schedule to see all the tour dates. (By the way, The August 30th date is most likely listed incorrectly at ToriAmos.com. They have Raleigh, VA listed when I think it should be Raleigh, NC, which does in fact have a Alltel Pavilion.) There are still some gaps where a few more shows could be added, although I do not know if that will happen. [Click for details...]

Several Toriphiles, include Stephen who was first, emailed me about the Best Live Band poll now available at Rollingstone.com. The editors at Rolling Stone came up with a list of 100 performers and Tori is one of the acts listed. You can select the ONE act you think puts on the best live show. The results will be featured in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone. If you have time, go to Rollingstone.com now and vote for Tori!
It now looks like tickets for Tori's show in Boston, MA at FleetBoston Pavilion on Sun, August 24, 2003 will go on sale Sat, May 17 at 10:00AM; The presale is no longer listed

Things change so quickly it seems. When we first heard about Tori's August 24th Boston, MA show at FleetBoston Pavilion, we heard there would be a presale starting May 16th. It now appears that there will not be a presale at all. If you look at the listings for the Boston show at fleetbostonpavilion.com, Ticketmaster.com and CC.com, they all now state that there will be a General sale on Saturday, May 17, 2003 at 10:00am. There is no longer any evidence of a presale. This makes sense to me since other shows already on sale did not have a "presale". Tickets are $45, $40 and $30. Special thanks to Samaida124, Heather Allen, Brambles and Kim Cote who helped me with all this info. I have added this latest info to the Dent's LottaPianos 2003 Summer Tour Schedule

Brandon tells me that Ticketmaster.com HAD a listing for a Tori show in Phoenix, AZ on Monday, August 4, 2003 at Dodge Theatre. At the time of this update, the listing was removed. But I am sure it was there! I have added this tentative date to the Dent's LottaPianos 2003 Summer Tour Schedule.

The powers that be who are putting together a DVD of past performances of the U.K. Glastonbury Festival are asking music fans to visit glastonburyfestivals.co.uk and vote for the performers they want to see on the DVD from an extensive listing of performers who have been video taped during performances going back to 1994. Tori is one of those artists, so please go there and vote for her! Thanks to Sergio Noyola for first telling me about this, and to everyone else who emailed me about it.

Zuieback, Communications Director for RAINN , tells me that they have received many wonderful designs for their upcoming Spring/Summer gear in response to the request I recently posted on The Dent. They are now covered and no longer need additional designs. Thanks to everyone who submitted something to RAINN. Jamie says the response was amazing and very much appreciated! When the final design is finalized, I will post a news item about it.

Go to Ticketmaster.com to find their entry for the August 15, 2003 Rochester Hills, MI concert at the Meadow Brook Music Festival. Tickets will go on sale Monday, May 12, 2003 at 10:00am. Tickets will be $39.50 pavilion and $29.50 lawn. (CC.com also has this sale date listed and claims there will be a limited number of $10.00 lawn tickets available at the box office only.) Before this date, you could only buy tickets to this show if you bought it as part of a package. This info and all the concert dates we currently know about are located on the Dent's Lottapianos 2003 Summer Tour Schedule.

The Clear Channel website has removed their listing for the August 16th Cleveland, OH Tori show at Tower City Amphitheater

A few days ago, The Clear Channel website listed a tour date for Tori Amos in Cleveland, OH at Tower City Amphitheater on Saturday August 16, 2003. However, that concert date has been removed. This does not necessarily mean the concert will not take place. It could simply mean they announced the show too early. The Dent will keep an eye on this date and see if it reappears. For now, I will leave it on my Lottapianos Summer 2003 Tour Schedule.
A push to get the Scarlet'S Walk b-sides added to the Apple Music Store

Update: There is a nice Associated Press article from May 8, 2003 about the new Apple Music Store that actually mentions Tori! You can read it many places online, including bayarea.com.
As many of you know, Apple began a new Music Store recently. You can buy entire albums or individual songs quickly and easily online, and Tori is represented by the store. (You can learn more about this at Apple's website.) At the moment this service is only available to to Mac users in the U.S, but should be open to Windows users by the end of the year, and hopefully it will expand to more countries later. One of the features of the store are exclusive tracks. This would seem to be an excellent place to Epic to release the Scarlet's Walk b-sides like Tombigbee and Seaside (which have appeared on Scarlet's Web, but only as streaming audio), as well as the songs Mountain and Indian Summer, which are Scarlet's Walk b-sides we know exist but have not been released yet. This would make the tracks available to us online in a high quality format in such a way that Tori would still profit for her work. If you agree, then please email Epic and ask them to do this. You can go to the Sony Music Feedback Page, choose "Epic Records" for the Subject Field and then type your request.

Tori's summer tour is officially called the Lottapianos Tour 2003

As reported yesterday, an official source has confirmed for me that Tori's tour this summer is called the Lottapianos Tour 2003. Ben Folds is a special guest on this tour who is supporting Tori. (benfolds.com verifies that.) He will take the stage first and play solo. Tori will then close all the concerts.
An ad for Tori's concert in Rochester Hills, MI that appeared in the May 7, 2003 issue of the weekly Metro Times in Detroit, MI includes the tour name as well. Click here to see a scan of it. Thanks to Robert Kane for sending that to me.

If you check out www.ci.eugene.or.us or hultcenter.org you will see that Tori is scheduled to perform in in Eugene, OR at the Cuthbert Amphitheater on Sunday, July 27 2003. Tickets are $41.50 and go on sale Saturday, May 17, 2003. I have added this to my Summer 2003 Tour Schedule for Tori.

New tour date added for Cleveland, OH on Saturday August 16, 2003 at Tower City Amphitheater

The Clear Channel website is now listing a tour date for Tori Amos in Cleveland, OH at Tower City Amphitheater on Saturday August 16, 2003. Ticket prices are $19.50 for standing room and $42.50 for reserved. There is no on sale listed there at this time. It looks to me like Ticketmaster will most likely be the place to get tickets. I have added this date to my Summer 2003 Tori Tour Schedule.

Tori will be on the "100 Greatest Songs Of Country Music" special on CMT

Tori will be one of the acts shown on a 6-hour U.S. TV special called "100 Greatest Songs Of Country Music" on the CMT (Country Music Television) Network which will debut on Sunday, June 8, 2003 from 4:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT. A description of the program says, "Hosted by hit recording artist Keith Urban ("Golden Road") and actress Kimberly Williams ("According To Jim"), the special will showcase these amazing songs with a documentary counting down from numbers 100 through 13, and will climax with a concert counting down the Top 12 songs with performances by some of country's biggest artists." The documentary portion of the special includes a many entertainers talking about their favorite country songs, including Tori. Soulwings658, who first told me about this, has already seen commercials for this special and seen Tori singing on them. I do think Tori's part of this long program will be small, but still interesting. CMT will broadcast this 6-hour program at the following dates/times:
