Several Toriphiles, including Josep Marti Pujolar Castanyer, Michael Pettitt and Pete, tell me that Welcome To Sunny Florida has debuted at #1 on the U.K. Music DVD and Video chart for the week of May 30, 2004. This chart is compiled by The Official UK Charts Company, and you can see it at bbc.co.uk.

Ryan Hardy tells me that Welcome To Sunny Florida debuted on the U.S. Billboard Music Video Chart at #2 for the week of June 5, 2004. It then fell to #9 in its second week on the June 12, 2004 Music Video Chart.
