John from turbidblue.com emailed me scans of the artwork and discs from the final two releases from the official Tori Amos bootleg series. These boots are from concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo in London, U.K. on June 4, 2005 and from the Bank of America Pavilion in Boston, MA on August 21, 2005.
