Tori Tribute founder and director, Lisa Ray, was inspired to organize this event from her admiration for Amos's innovative music and leadership in co-founding RAINN. "This is a chance for musicians who love to play the music of Tori Amos to come together and share their interpretations of her songs," said Ray "we can honor a wonderful composer and raise money for a vital community resource, like RAINN." Ray, who trained as a classical pianist at UNC-Chapel Hill, teaches piano in the triangle area, composes, and is a performing songwriter.
