These front row tickets will be upgrades, meaning that you must have already purchased your tickets at least one week prior to the show in order to be eligible. It also appears that only people in certain zip codes will have a chance for each show, because a explanation of the process that was sent to the mailing list states that the contest email notifications for each city will be sent according to zip codes.
