daneypops emailed me with this news. He says that the Teletext service on Channel 4 in the U.K. reports that Original Sinsuality would be released as a single in the U.K. on May 30, 2005 to coincide with the start of Tori's European tour. I really am surprised at this and have to wonder if it is really true, but there you go! I am not sure if this means a "commercial single" that you can buy in a store or just a radio single.
