I have some details about the book/CD signing that Tori will be doing at Barnes & Noble Union Square in New York City on Wednesday, February 23, 2005.

More Details

For details about all the singings/In-Stores that Tori will be doing in 2005, check out The Dent's 2005 Tour page.

The Barnes & Noble Union Square signing will begin at 6:00PM at

Barnes and Noble - Union Square
33 East 17th Street
New York, NY 10003
212-253-0810

This will be a Q&A followed by an autograph signing. In order to take part, you MUST buy either The Beekeeper or Tori Amos: Piece By Piece at this store and have proof of purchase. (Thanks Elizabeth Genco.) Here are additional details:

From Dana Horn:

1. Books and CDs for this event will be available at the first floor cash desk and in the Music Department. There will also be a cash desk on the 4th floor from 4:00pm. Limit for the signing is TWO items per customer- books or CDs in any combination of Beekeeper (CD) and Piece by Piece (book). No other items will be signed

2. At 4:00 pm. 300 wristbands for the seating area will be given out on the 4th floor at the entrance to the event space, one per customer, on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of purchase needs to be shown in order to obtain a wristband. The wristband enables the holder to leave the seating area briefly to visit restrooms or caf. Customers need to return to their seats by 5:30pm. Wristbands will only be given to people present. Seats cannot be saved for people not present.

3. The seating area is designated for people with books or CDs to be signed. Customers wishing just to watch the talk and signing will be directed to a roped-off standing area.

4. Due to the large number of people at this event, no cameras or cellphones will be permitted on the stage. Photographs may be taken from the floor during the booksigning. The author will be unable to pose for photographs.
