Dan informs me that The Rainforest Remix of God is included on a double 12 inch vinyl release containing remixes by Detroit DJ Carl Craig. The release is simply called Remixes - Volume 1 and was released on March 8, 2004. You can see a listing for this product at the Australian online vendor www.sanity.com.au. I am not sure if that means this was an Australian only release or if the release is also available in other countries. The God remix is one of 6 remixes on the double 12-inch vinyl release.
