Radio station WYEP 91.3 FM in Pittsburgh, PA has chosen its Top 50 Artists of 2003, and Tori Amos is on the list at #17 with Scarlet's Walk. You can see their full list in the "Year in Review 2003" section of WYEP's web site. Also on that page are the top 10 lists of that station's DJs and Staffers, and several of them picked Scarlet's Walk as well.
