Amy Komo informs me that Tori is one of the artists included on the 15th Anniversary Cities 97 Sampler, a compilation album featuring live performances from Cities 97's Studio C. Cities 97 KTCZ is a radio station in Minneapolis, MN. You can find out all the details on the album at cities97.com. You can hear Tori perform Strange on the sampler from her November 30, 2002 performance at Cities 97's Studio C. The album will be sold at local Target stores on November 20, 2003.
