You can now order the last two official bootlegs, from Tori's June 4, 2005 concert in London, U.K. at the Hammersmith Apollo and her August 21, 2005 show in Boston, MA at the B of A Pavilion, at the iTunes Music Store. I am sure other online vendors are offering it as well.
