From Matt Page:

Matt said that the show tonight was really bittersweet. Tori was not belting out the lyrics, but the show had a softer, beautiful quality.

Before the piano bar segment, Tori said something about that the fact that some people seem to be sending in covers to her just to see if she would actually do them. Then she said that the covers for tonight were for the people of Arizona.

Hotel was a true highlight tonight. It is amazing to experience the transformation of some of her songs to the way they were played with the band to the way she performs them solo.

From Andrea:

This show was AMAZING!!!! Tori talked a lot and I was so dazzled by the entire show that I can't remember much of what she said. :) Tori seemed so comfortable with this audience..it was like sitting in her living room watching her play and chat between songs. I would have to name nearly all the songs played to tell you the highlights for me personally. To be honest I was never really that in love with Goodbye Pisces, but it was beautiful live. I could be wrong, but I think Hotel may have been a debut on this tour. (Correct me if I am wrong about that and FORGIVE ME) I have always loved this song. She hit those high notes perfectly...gave me goose bumps. Mr Zebra-this song is just such a treat. She was very into it tonight. I hope that someone is able to remember all the things that Tori talked to us about because I don't want to forget how magical that show was. I went to the show in New York and I think because of the venue and Tori's enchantment with the audience it made for a far superior show in AZ. I loved the covers she played (I wish I could have been at the shows where she played Mad World, When the Levee Breaks and God/Running Up That Hill (not a cover)). I can only imagine how awesome that was. Cool on Your Island sounded gorgeous...a first for me as far as hearing it live. I could just go on and on and bore everyone to death...so I'll just say that this show is for sure in the top five for me. I can't wait for the next tour. Oh! On a side note...I was fortunate enough to be sitting in a section around the most respectful concert goers. I seem to always get stuck by people who have drank too much and distract me with their rudeness. I hope that the other areas were just as honorable. I look forward to the next journey with Tori.
