Mark Oldman has written a book called Oldman's Guide to Outsmarting Wine which will be released in the U.S. (and likely elsewhere) on December 7, 2004 by Viking Penguin. This book will include an exclusive profile of Tori's wine preferences.  Tori proves herself knowledgeable about wine, especially Bordeaux.  Tori's wine-preference profile joins those of other notable wine lovers, such as Francis Ford Coppola, Morley Safer of 60 Minutes, novelist Jay McInernery, celebrity chef Mario Batali, and even hip-hop star Ludacris.
