"Oz" is a TV drama that is broadcast on the HBO cable channel in the U.S. It is about life in Cell Block 5 (Emerald City) of the Oswald Maximum Security Prison. The show premiered a musical episode on Sunday, February 10, 2002 at 10:00PM EST. The episode, titled "Variety," featured fantasy interludes sung by castmates and inmates of the show. The show debuted on February 10, 2002 and then was repeated at various times during the week. Actor "B.D. Wong will show Father Ray Mukada's inner kinky side as he croons an evocative version of Tori Amos' 'Leather'." This was printed in the February 8, 2002 issue of Entertainment Weekly magazine (#638), as well as other sources like playbill.com.
