Tori/Alanis Pay Per View Preview

pay per view preview at Mp3.com!

The Tori and Alanis performances during the September 24, 1999 concert in Las Vegas, NV were taped for a pay per view special. There were 7 cameras around the stage capturing the action. Read concert reviews from the performances on the Dent. The iN DEMAND web site, www.ppv.com, says that the Tori and Alanis Pay Per View special will debut on Saturday, February 19, 2000. The show will air from 8:00PM until 11:00PM ET and then again from 11:00PM - 2:00AM ET. The special will air again on Sunday, February 20, 2000 at 4:30PM ET and on Thursday, February 24, 2000 at 9:30PM ET. You can see specific details on a special page on the iN DEMAND PPV web site.

If you go to the MP3.com web site, you can now find a Tori/Alanis 5 1/2 Week Tour Webcast page. There you can "Catch a sneak peak at Alanis Morissette and Tori Amos performing together from their acclaimed 51/2 Weeks Tour, sponsored by MP3.com and produced by Comcast Original Programming." This is a sneak preview of the pay per view concert! You will need the RealPlayer or Windows Media Player to see the videos (quality is superior with RealPlayer) and a program able to play streaming Mp3s for the audio. They have Tori singing God and Sugar and Alanis performing That I Would Be Good.

You can now download from the iN DEMAND web site a Real Video file that shows a 30 second commercial for the Tori/Alanis pay per view concert that debuts on Saturday, February 19. I had to download it to my desktop and then play it using Real Player.

Below you can find some screen shots/photos of Tori and Alanis from the video clips at MP3.com. The video clips are slightly larger if you view them with a cable modem, so these photos may be interesting for people without fast speed access or to those who can't get the video clips to play.

I now have a page dedicated to the entire ppv concert including comments and over 200 photos. Find that in my TV/Radio Archives.
