KNDD 107.7 The End's "End Sessions" CD

Karin Fischer and Joshua D. Elvins have told me about a limited edition CD that was released in 1999. Radio station KNDD 107.7 The End in Seattle, WA released on Tuesday, June 15, 1999 a CD called the "End Sessions" CD. It is full of exclusive tracks from the station's End Sessions program, which is a live program they have from time to time. The CD contains the live Tori track "Playboy Mommy" from Tori's appearance on End Sessions in September 1998. (See my TV/Radio Archives for full details about that appearance.) You can see a notice about this on the KNDD web site. You can also go to the End Sessions section of their web site to see some photos from Tori's appearance on End Sessions! The web site says the CD is available at all Seattle area Wherehouse Record stores. There is a listing of these stores at the KNDD web site. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the NW Aids Foundation.

Getting A Copy Of The Seattle End Sessions CD

Since this CD is only available in the Seattle area, other Toriphiles have had a hard time getting a copy.

Josh Heibel tells me that this CD is now available for sale online at the KNDD web site!


Here is a report on the CD from Noelle, who posted the following to several Tori mailing lists:

    I just thought I'd share that I just bought the 107.7's End Sessions CD, which included a live in the radio's studio recording of Tori performing Playboy Mommy, and it is soo beautiful!!! This CD is only available to us EWF Seattlites, as it is our radio station that is putting it out... Others on the CD are PJ Harvey doing "Perfect Day Elise", Marcy Playground performing "Sex & Candy", Everclear's "I Will Buy You A New Life", Blur, Violent Femmes, and a whole bunch more... It's an awesome CD.
